One of my first digital sketches on a tablet, created without a pressure-sensitive stylus, resulted in this piece titled "Above the Clouds." Although the program was not well known at the time, it allowed me to record a video of the sketch as it progressed. The inspiration for this piece came from my imagination of an ethereal entity whose dwelling is high above the Earth's atmosphere. I imagined a being that had the bodily proportions of a human, but in it’s brilliance this being was emitting light. If you look closely at the sketch you can see the being holding a ball of light being carried away while holding a bright looking sword for protection. I composed an instrumental track named "Strength from Beyond" to accompany it. This combination of art and music offers a glimpse into my creative journey. Looking ahead, I plan to release more designs paired with my music, merging visual art with sound. For now, I have just a few pieces where I've integrated music into the background. I sincerely hope you enjoy this particular piece, as it's one of the rare instances where my artwork and music come together.
